Taylor Kwasniewski joined Newmark in 2021 as Director on the firm’s Workplace Management Solutions Team in the Global Strategy & Workplace Consulting division of Newmark’s Global Corporate Services group. She specializes in hospitality consulting with over 10 years’ experience in hospitality operations, workplace experience, corporate food and beverage, event design and management and hotel operations.
Kwasniewski is a leader in driving strategy and operational stability across all hospitality business functions, including food and beverage programs, catering, event operations, workplace experience, and space design and development. She has proven customer and vendor engagement, communication and management skills, and has demonstrated success in delivery of metrics, financial/strategic reporting and department-specific processes.
Prior to joining Newmark, Kwasniewski was responsible for managing the hospitality and corporate dining operations for Bridgewater Associates, a premier asset management firm. During her tenure, she was instrumental in the development and execution of Bridgewater’s hospitality and employee experience standards of excellence. Previously, she led the events program and associated VIP liaison for The Bob Woodruff Foundation in New York City, ranging from private C-suite engagements to major fundraising concerts.
Earlier in her career, Kwasniewski worked in marketing, communications, sales, events and operations for several leading hotel groups, including the Waldorf Astoria New York, Dream Hotel Group, Starwood Hotel Group, and Wynn Resorts.

Kwasniewski graduated from Cornell University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management and Administration.
