William Epperson leads the Continuous Improvement and Innovation (CII) Center of Excellence for Newmark’s Global Corporate Services (GCS) group. Epperson specializes in business process improvement and transformation programs. He works with clients and Newmark professionals to identify areas for improvement, assess options for solutions, and introduce best practices to suit clients’ existing operations. Epperson also works with account managers to support ongoing governance cycles and drive continuous improvement.
Epperson joined Newmark in early 2021 from Bridgewater Associates, a premier asset management firm, where he built and advanced Real Estate and Facilities COO functions (PMO, metrics, risk management, and other business processes) supporting real estate strategy, facilities management and workplace service teams. Epperson also managed the outsourcing of CRE services to Genpact, a service provider to Bridgewater, and was responsible for a multi-year transformation program focused on improving customer experience, and delivering efficient and effect processes.
Epperson began his career with an IT consulting company as a project manager for data center migration, assisting with data center design and advising clients on data center strategy, as well as IT service management.
