Julia B. Krasniqi, MAI, joined Newmark in 2019 and currently serves as Vice President for the firm’s Valuation & Advisory practice located in Wilmington, Delaware.
With more than 13 years of experience, Julia specializes in the valuation of all major types of real estate, including commercial, industrial, office, mixed-use, multifamily housing, residential and commercial land development, and special-purpose properties, with particular expertise in the valuation of investment-grade real property. Julia has also completed highest and best use studies and market studies for proposed, partially constructed, renovated and existing assets.
Prior to Newmark, Julia served as an Associate Director for Integra Realty Resources. In this role, Julia provided commercial real estate valuation and consulting in the Philadelphia and Miami metro areas, with a focus on institutional-grade assets, hospitality and proposed development programs. Julia served as Vice President for JP Morgan Asset Management from 2014 to 2015, focusing on office and industrial assets in metropolitan New York and Washington, DC. In addition to appraisals, Julia has provided consulting and litigation support, as well as private investment sourcing and consulting.
In addition to appraisals, Julia has provided expert testimony for general litigation and has qualified as an expert witness before the municipal planning and zoning board in Bay Harbor Island, Miami, Florida.

Julia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from The University of Delaware, Newark.
