Jacqueline M. Fitzgerald serves as a Vice President for Newmark Valuation & Advisory. Jacqueline specializes in the appraisal of retail petroleum facilities (gas stations, convenience stores, service stations, truck stops, car washes, etc.) and restaurants. She has been exposed to all elements of value including real estate, equipment, and business tangible.
Jacqueline’s clients include real estate lenders, enterprise lenders, franchisees, and operators. Jacqueline’s primary geographical focus is the city of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
Jacqueline joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in early 2020 upon its acquisition of Hopkins Appraisal Services, a national leader in the valuation of retail petroleum facilities and restaurants. She most recently served as a staff appraiser with Hopkins; having obtained her certified general real estate license in 2015. Prior to that, Jacqueline was a member of the company’s client resource department.

Jacqueline holds a Bachelor degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, with an emphasis in Business, Textile & Apparel Management and Psychology from the University of Missouri.
