Clayton Barrilleaux joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2017 and currently serves as a Senior Appraiser. Barrilleaux is based in the firm’s Dallas office, which covers all of Texas surrounding states.
Prior to joining Newmark, Barrilleaux worked as a valuation associate in the Houston office of CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services Group. In this role, Barrilleaux focused primarily on the valuation of multifamily, industrial, land valuation and self storage.

Barrilleaux earned a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from Texas A&M University. He has also successfully completed numerous valuation & advisory courses with the appraisal institute and other organizations.
