Alexander Falzarano joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2022 and currently serves as a Valuation & Advisory Analyst in the company’s Rutherford, New Jersey office. Falzarano’s expertise includes the valuation of commercial real estate including appraisals, market and feasibility studies. He specializes in the valuation of multifamily, and industrial assets in the state of New Jersey.
Falzarano joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory after serving three years as a government consultant for Thomas Howell Ferguson P.A. CPAs. In this capacity, Falzarano was responsible for directing the process of public assistance grant repayment as well as broad ranging governmental services.

Falzarano holds a Bachelor of Science in economics with a minor in general business from the Florida State University.
