Newmark is pleased to announce the launch of its Government Practice Group in Mexico City - the only of its kind in the country. A team of professionals, led by industry veterans Executive Managing Director Manuel García and Managing Director Iván González, joined the Newmark Mexico City office in order to advise local and federal government clients.
“Newmark’s Latin American growth strategy continues to develop with the establishment of the only Government Practice Group in Mexico,” commented Newmark President, Mexico, and Regional Managing Director, Latin America, Giovanni D’Agostino. “Manuel García and Iván González are leaders in government-focused commercial real estate, with extensive and varied experience advising agencies throughout the country, assisted by a dedicated team of professionals. This expansion of services in Mexico is a clear value-add for Newmark and our global clients.”
