The prestigious award was given during the Chapter’s holiday luncheon, held at The Glen View Club in Golf, Illinois.
The Richard G. Levy President’s award is presented each year and recognizes someone who has gone above and beyond the call of duty to serve the industry, fellow members and their community. The recipient is someone that sets an example in their business dealings of excellence, integrity and professionalism. Ms. Couston, 2014 SIOR Chicago Chapter President, received the award for her positive, meaningful and substantial impact on the commercial real estate industry in the Chicago market for many years.

Ms. Couston has 33 years of experience in industrial and commercial sales, leasing, business park development and build-to-suit projects, as well as marketing expertise. Often recognized for her career achievements, Ms. Couston was most recently named amongst Bisnow’s 2014 Top 50 Power Women in Chicago and was awarded the 2014 Largest Land Transaction with a Platinum Sponsor award from the Chicago Chapter of SIOR.
