Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) is pleased to announce that industry veteran Joe Arnstein has joined the team as executive managing director in the company’s Chicago office. Arnstein specializes in tenant representation for a myriad of public and privately-held organizations locally and across the country.
Bringing 23 years of experience and in-depth, broad-based knowledge in the areas of tenant representation and marketing to his role, Arnstein is known for his ability to help his clients develop creative, cost effective solutions to their working environments. To date, he has completed more than six million square feet of transactions. From 1994-1997 Arnstein worked at New York-based Studley, Inc.’s Chicago office until serving as principal of Steinco, Inc., a Chicago-based tenant representation firm for six years. Arnstein returned to Studley, Inc. in 2003 where he remained as a senior managing director through the 2014 Savills acquisition of Studley, Inc. until joining NGKF.

Arnstein has represented numerous clients over his esteemed career, including ZS Associates, Valent BioSciences, Markel Corporation, Dairy Management, Inc., SEKO Worldwide and BrightStar Group Holdings, to name a few. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
