Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) continues to build its West Los Angeles market presence with the addition of Steven Salas as senior managing director. Salas will bring his expertise in working with the medical and entertainment industries to his new position while continuing to provide quality commercial brokerage services to tenants, landlords, investors and developers. He will further seek to help build a landlord agency team for NGKF focused on the Westside and greater Los Angeles.
Salas joins NGKF after having spent the last 20 years of his career with Madison Partners and CBRE. Over the course of his career, Salas has completed more than 800 lease transactions totaling over 4.5 million square feet. He has represented such recognizable firms as IBM, The Carlyle Group, Sony, Kopelson Entertainment, Pilgrim Films & Television, Legalzoom, Shoedazzle, The CIM Group, The LeFrank Organization, Tishman Speyer, among others.
