Newmark announces that Felix Widjaja has joined as Vice President of Product Operations, managing product operations for the company’s information technology platform. Widjaja, who is based in Chicago, reports to Newmark’s Chief Information Officer Sridhar Potineni.
With nearly two decades of experience leading technology delivery and operations teams, Widjaja oversees product/engineering delivery practices, vendor relationships, product financials and IT’s project management office (PMO). Throughout his career, Widjaja has led DevOps transformation initiatives, incorporating process improvements and implementing key automation tools, as well as CRM platform modernization initiatives.
“As we continue to bolster Newmark’s IT group, we seek to expand the tech-driven real estate experience for our investors, tenants and occupiers,” said Potineni. “A seasoned professional with vast experience in the information technology side of real estate, Felix will be an asset to our team, Newmark’s professionals and our clients, and expects to hit the ground running with day-one initiatives.”
Previously, Widjaja served as Global Head of Digital Operations for JLL’s Capital Markets group, leading the delivery and operations team for varying areas of the business, both customer and broker-facing. Widjaja has also held consulting roles at prominent firms, most notably with Deloitte Consulting, where he led numerous digital transformation engagements including CRM migration and platform optimization for top real estate companies. Widjaja holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in information systems from Arizona State University.
