Newmark Smith Mack (NewmarkSM) represented MVD Entertainment Group in its recent purchase of 203 Windsor Road, Limerick, PA. The audio visual distribution business had outgrown its original home in Oaks, PA and engaged NewmarkSM brokers Neil Shupak and Justin Bell to locate a larger warehouse and office facility in the Montgomery County area.
Although MVD had been leasing its Oaks location, it decided the time was right to pursue an ownership opportunity, particularly given the soft market, low interest rates and ample supply of buildings available for purchase. NewmarkSM conducted a thorough needs analysis and presented MVD with a number of options across the county. After touring several properties, NewmarkSM negotiated a solid price on the 30,000 square foot warehouse building, which is located in the Limerick Airport Business Center and features quick access to Route 422.
“MVD was happy with the price we were able to negotiate for 203 Windsor,” said Bell, “and was especially pleased to find a property along the 422 corridor where their employees and customer base are concentrated.” The building is undergoing renovations and MVD anticipates moving into its new home in January.
