Newmark today announced the sale of 180 Admiral Cochrane, a five-story, Class-A office building located in Annapolis, Maryland to Grander Capital Partners.
Newmark’s Baltimore Capital Markets team including Executive Managing Director Cris Abramson, Senior Managing Director Brian Kruger, Director Nicholas Signor and Associate Ben McCarty facilitated the sale.
“180 Admiral Cochrane has a long history of outperforming the already tight Annapolis office market,” said Abramson. “Equidistant from both Washington, DC and Baltimore, in its Annapolis location, 180 Admiral Cochrane benefits from strong demographics and tremendous access.”
180 Admiral Cochrane totals 125,728 square feet. At 84 percent leased, the property provides strong in-place cash flow with value-add potential through lease-up. Situated in the Riva Road corridor, the property has direct access to I-97, Route 50, Route 301 and Route 2.
