Newmark announced it has been awarded the leasing assignment for 1200 New Hampshire Avenue, NW in Washington, DC. GreenOak Real Estate (GreenOak) recently acquired the 309,039-square-foot Class-A office building and will begin renovations in mid-2019.
Located at the corner of New Hampshire Avenue and M Street, NW, the eight-story office building features four sides of expansive window lines along with atrium and private balcony opportunities on every floor.
