Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Capital Markets Platform Draws Philadelphia Market Veteran David Dolan

Leading investment sales professional David Dolan has joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Capital Group as a senior managing director.

Mr. Dolan brings three decades of commercial brokerage and leadership expertise to his new position, as well as an impressive track record of transactions for clients such as Brandywine Realty Trust, Amerimar, Computer Science Corporation, Madison Capital, Fortress Investments, Behringer Harvard and Liberty Property Trust.

Previously, as an executive vice president with Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Dolan specialized in all facets of brokerage and investment sales. Earlier in his career, he spent 12 years with Grubb & Ellis Company, where he consistently ranked as one of the company’s top brokers nationally. In addition to investment property transactions, he has experience in development, private equity fund raising, financial analysis, and strategic real estate planning and implementation.

The addition of Mr. Dolan comes on the heels of another significant new hire in Philadelphia. In August, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank brought on board Michael Margolis, another leading capital markets professional in the area. The two will collaborate with other professionals in Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Capital Group, as well as with BGC Capital Markets (which offers real estate financing, capitalization alternatives, and property-level expertise and services), and Cantor Commercial Real Estate, (which can assist with the securitization of commercial real estate loans).

Mr. Dolan holds a bachelor degree from Stockton State College. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, CoreNet Global, and NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
