Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) is pleased to announce that healthcare company DaVita Dialysis is opening a new dialysis center at the Providence Medical Center at 1950 Sunny Crest Drive in Fullerton, California.
DaVita, which specializes in dialysis treatments for patients living with chronic kidney failure, signed a 10-year lease for approximately 10,000 square feet. Owned by Accretive Realty Advisors, the 86,000-square-foot medical office building is conveniently located across the street from the St. Jude Medical Center Campus. Other tenants include Heritage Medical Group and the Medical Center for Women.
“The building is perfectly suited for a premier healthcare provider like DaVita that will benefit from being part of a growing medical campus environment,” said Garth Hogan, executive managing director with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Global Healthcare Services group, which represented the landlord.
“Another benefit is that this particular project provides unique and convenient amenities for DaVita’s employees and clients, with an array of nearby eateries with outdoor seating,” said NGKF Associate Director John Scruggs, also with the Global Healthcare Services group.
Mr. Hogan and Mr. Scruggs exclusively represent the landlord. Aaron Denike of USI Real Estate Services represented DaVita in lease negotiations.
