L’Occitane Expands Into Larger Storefront On Upper East Side

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Retail announced that it has secured L’Occitane en Provence, the global, natural and organic ingredient-based cosmetics and well-being products manufacturer and retailer, for a 700-square-foot retail space at 1126 Third Avenue, located between 65th and 66th Streets. L’Occitane will be expanding its presence when it relocates from 1188 Third Avenue in time for the holidays.

Jeffrey D. Roseman, executive vice president, and Jason Maurer, managing director, with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Retail, represented the landlord, JEM 6 Realty. Crown Retail Services represented the tenant.
