Newmark is pleased to announce that industry veterans John Ennis and Brett Lake, MAI have recently joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory (V&A) as senior vice presidents in the Financial Reporting practice. Mr. Ennis and Mr. Lake bring more than 45 years of combined industry experience to the Whippany, New Jersey office.

The Newmark V&A Financial Reporting group is a premier service provider, bringing a comprehensive awareness of regulatory standards and property-specific insights to deliver strategic guidance to multinational corporations, public and private REITs, private equity groups and funds.
Mr. Ennis brings more than 25 years of U.S. and international experience in real estate valuation and analysis. He has served a wide range of clients, including federal agencies, municipalities, financial institutions, insurance companies, REITs, private and public corporations, public utilities and individuals across a full range of property types. Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Ennis served 12 years with FTI Consulting, a global business advisory firm.
Mr. Lake brings more than 20 years of industry experience focused on consulting and valuation requirements. He has successfully completed valuation and consulting assignments for a complete range of property types. Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Lake served more than 13 years with FTI Consulting.
