Newmark announces that CollabraLink Technologies, Inc. (CollabraLink) is moving to 22,000 square feet at 8405 Greensboro Drive in McLean, VA. CollabraLink is a premier professional services firm that delivers business and technology solutions through consulting and outsourcing services to the government, private sector and non-profit arena.
Senior Managing Director Chethan Rao, Executive Managing Director Brian Liss, Executive Managing Director Junius Tillery and Managing Director Andrew Roberts of Newmark’s Tysons Tenant Representation team represented CollabraLink in the transaction.
“Location and continuity were extremely important to our firm and the Newmark team had a clear understanding of our desire to stay in Tysons,” said CollabraLink CEO Rahul Pandhi. “Newmark found us the space we needed, hired a design firm to create an office that matched our brand, mitigated our existing costs and negotiated the consolidation of two office spaces into one. Newmark provided the guidance we needed to meet our current real estate goals with room to grow in the years to come.”
Founded in 2003, CollabraLink partners with federal agencies across civilian, defense, education and sciences to streamline service delivery while improving customer service and citizen engagement. CollabraLink provides federal clients with simple and intuitive solutions that increase efficiency and enhance citizen engagement.
“CollabraLink wanted to stay in Tysons but needed a long-term home with the option to grow,” said Newmark’s Rao. “Our strategic, consultative approach secured a long-term commitment in a new office space in the firm’s current location.”
Located in the heart of Tysons, 8405 Greensboro Drive offers access to an abundance of restaurants, shops, hotels, apartments and entertainment within walking distance. Onsite there is a tenant-only health club, conference center, active outdoor plaza and daycare facility.
