London, UK (June 23, 2025) —Newmark announces the appointment of Emily Roberton as Joint Head of its UK Business Rates practice, responsible for Strategy and Business Development.

Joining Simon Green in leading the firm’s national platform, she will focus on the continued growth of the market-leading team, working closely with key clients to further advance Newmark’s business rates service.
Based between London and the West Midlands, Emily will focus on client performance and operational excellence across the national team of rating surveyors, building on the existing success of the business. She will be responsible for delivering coordinated, end-to-end rating advisory services across the UK.
