Emily Roberton

Emily Roberton is Co-Head of the Business Rates team. She is responsible for Strategy and Business Development, driving the continued growth of Newmark’s 60-strong market-leading team.

Based between London and the West Midlands, Roberton focuses on client performance and operational excellence across the national team of rating surveyors. She is responsible for the delivery of coordinated, end-to-end rating advisory services across the UK.

With over two decades of experience, Roberton is recognised for her strategic mindset, energetic leadership and in-depth sector expertise. She has an industry-renowned reputation for delivering outstanding client results.

Prior to Newmark Roberton led the Business Rates department at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
