Newmark announces it has secured 84,911 square feet of office leases at Westford Technology Park, a premier Class A office and R&D campus in the Route 495 submarket. The transactions included 54,000 square feet of renewals across tenants Nvidia, American Fujikura Limited and Sentry at 2 Westford Technology Park, as well as 31,000 square feet of new leases to Future Electronics and Crown Castle at 1 and 5 Westford Technology Park. The leasing momentum reflects the diversity and resilience of the submarket over the last 12 months.
