Suzanne is the Knowledge and Policy leader in our Planning and Development team. She monitors and understands key planning changes in London as well as nationally and communicates this detailed understanding to colleagues and clients. She also co-ordinates representations on key boroughs in London and national planning policy matters.
Suzanne has extensive experience working in the property sector for a range of clients and projects. Prior to her current role, she worked in the team as an Associate providing strategic advice for numerous clients, with her main area of expertise being Central London. Suzanne has managed the planning process for a variety of mixed-use, commercial, residential, and educational development proposals.
She has also worked on several sensitive historic sites across London and therefore has developed a thorough understanding of planning matters in respect of listed buildings and conservation areas. As such, Suzanne is well placed to understand and communicate the commercial implications of changes and development in planning policy and guidance.
