I am the Knowledge and Policy leader in our Planning and Development team. I monitor and understand key planning changes in London as well as nationally, and communicate this detailed understanding to colleagues and clients. I also co-ordinate representations on key boroughs in London and national planning policy matters.
I have extensive experience working in the property sector for a range of clients and projects. Prior to my current role I worked in the team as an Associate providing strategic advice for numerous clients, with my main area of expertise being Central London. I have managed the planning process for a variety of mixed-use, commercial, residential, and educational development proposals.
I have also worked on several sensitive historic sites across London and therefore have developed a thorough understanding of planning matters in respect of listed buildings and conservation areas. As such, I am well placed to understand and communicate the commercial implications of changes and development in planning policy and guidance.
