Nick is Head of Industrial & Logistics Investment, within Newmark UK’s Capital Markets team. In this role, he advises clients on the acquisition and disposal of commercial real estate. This includes traditional real estate transactions and development funding.
Nick joined the real estate industry in 2002, working at Drivers Jonas and then Deloitte before joining the company in 2016. He has worked within Capital Markets since 2004, principally focussing on UK Business Space and Portfolios. He took on the leadership role of the Industrial & Logistics team within Capital Markets in 2017.
Nick advises a broad range of clients including private equity institutions, REITs, property companies, developers and banks in the UK.

Recent projects
- Libra Portfolio – managed the sale of the Libra Portfolio (£42.5m) on behalf of DTZ Investors which comprised five multi-let industrial estates in England.
- Aston Student Village, Birmingham – led the disposal of a £227m modern, well situated student village with over 3,000 rooms on behalf of Lloyds Banking Group and Deloitte. This was the largest ever single-asset student accommodation sale in the UK.
- UPS Last-Mile Depot, Kentish Town, London – led the sale of this unique Zone 2 London parcel delivery depot on behalf of Harmsworth Pooled Property Unit Trust for £62m, which was double the valuation. The sale was complicated by two superior interests in the land.
