Josh is a Partner overseeing and leading the Industrial and Logistics Agency team across London and the South East. He has extensive commercial agency experience, mostly operating exclusively in the Industrial and Logistics sectors.
Specialising in the disposal and acquisition of industrial and logistics assets, he focuses on urban logistics across the London and South East regions. He is also experienced in the development of multi-let industrial estates, trade parks and single asset facilities, advising numerous clients on acquisition and sale of sites and delivery of finished products.
Josh is currently the Chairman of the Industrial Agents Society, which represents Agents across the UK. The society arranges social, educational and charity events for over 1500 members. In 2024 we raised over £50,000 in donations to UK charities.

Recent projects
- Ocado Retail – Acting on behalf of Ocado, he provided acquisition and disposal advice, assisting with their growth across the country. This covers the entire spectrum of real estate, Urban last mile, middle mile distribution and CFC logistics. In London he has acquired over 1.5MM sq. ft including two Build To Suit projects of 300,000 and 550,000 sq. ft.
- Wilsons Group/ Amari – Disposal of surplus manufacturing asset totalling 124,000 sq. ft in Huntingdon. Achieved assignment within one quarter of marketing to a specialist European distributor.
- Prologis – Advising Prologis across its Park Royal estate, best-in-class urban assets in London’s industrial heartland. Advice on original acquisition of assets, estate improvements and leasing.
- SEGRO – Advising across various London assets including Segro Park Canning Town, Heathrow Estate and the Slough Trading Estate, Europe’s largest single ownership Trading Estate.
- GLP – Advising GLP on Latitude 186, a best-in-class logistics asset on Magna Park Milton Keynes.
- Kennedy Wilson – Working alongside the Newmark Capital Markets team, provided advice on the acquisition, refurbishment and re-letting of a prime urban London distribution facility.
