Charlie is a Partner and Head of Newmark UK’s national I&L agency team, based in London. He specialises in providing investors and developers transactional and strategic leasing and development advice across the UK, but with specific focus on core southeast markets. Charlie has over 20 years’ experience in the I&L sector and transacted in excess of 20M SF. Prior to joining Newmark, Charlie was head of asset management at Roebuck (now Redevco), where he successfully delivered value add initiatives across a logistics portfolio with an AUM of £1bn.
