Charlie is a Partner, working in Newmark UK’s national Industrial and Logistics team. With considerable real estate experience, he specialises in advising industrial and logistics occupiers on acquisitions, disposals and strategic advice across the UK, with a particular focus on the big box market. Charlie has worked with one of the UK’s largest 3PL’s with a combined portfolio in excess of 22M SF.
His role also involves close relationships with some of the UK’s largest investors and developers.
