Carla Jokic is an associate in Newmark’s European Data Centre team based in London. With a background in energy and infrastructure, she advises investors, developers and operators on the full lifecycle of data centre real estate, bridging power, land, planning and capital considerations to deliver bankable outcomes across key European markets.
Having successfully completed a four-year Degree Level apprenticeship, she became a professional member of the RICS in 2023. Her previous experience spans commercial, industrial, and residential. She has experience in investment, lease advisory, valuation, leasing, and strategic consultancy.
Carla specialises in the energy sector, providing a range of services to energy clients. She has a particular interest in the decarbonisation of industry and actively contributing towards a more sustainable future. Some of her recent projects have included the ongoing disposal of a large, formerly fossil-fuelled power station, and underwriting the acquisition of a site for a renewable energy project. She is also providing strategic advice to facilitate new renewables projects across the UK, Sweden, and The Netherlands.
Carla’s clients have historically been landlords, occupiers, and institutions, but she now focusses on working with some of the largest energy providers and developers in the country.
