CARDIFF, UK (December 15, 2025) - Newmark has appointed Peter Constantine as a Partner in its UK Leisure team, further enhancing the strength of Newmark’s leisure offering across the UK.
Based in Cardiff, Peter brings extensive expertise in pubs and licensed premises, complemented by a broad experience across holiday parks, golf courses and visitor attractions. His specialist skill set combines valuation consultancy with agency work, offering a comprehensive approach for leisure sector clients. Peter’s long-standing relationships across the sector, coupled with his technical proficiency, position him to play a central role in expanding Newmark’s leisure service nationwide. He joins from Avison Young, where he served as Head of Leisure.
His arrival follows the recent appointments of Richard Baldwin in Leeds, Andrew Moore in Manchester and Carys Chandler and Leo Llewellyn in Cardiff, reinforcing Newmark’s continued commitment to building a market-leading leisure team with full coverage across all subsectors.
