Peter is a Partner in the Newmark UK Leisure team, specialising in the UK pub and holiday park sectors. With nearly four decades of experience, he has extensive expertise in the valuation and sale of pub and holiday park assets across the UK. Peter is highly regarded for his work on large portfolio valuations as well as individual assets within these sectors.
Peter has held senior leadership roles with major leisure and hospitality companies, including Whitbread, Allied Domecq and Punch Taverns. He later joined Humberts Leisure and played a key role in its sale to GVA, before moving into Managing Director positions at GVA and Avison Young, leading both regional offices and national Leisure teams.
