Ramya Gowda joined Newmark in 2014 and currently serves as a Managing Director within the firm’s Global Strategy Consulting practice, in the Global Corporate Services (GCS) division. Gowda provides site selection and location
strategy, labor analytics, supply chain optimization and workplace strategy services to clients across various industries. She specializes in market research and trend analysis, labor market demand/supply analysis, development of
multiple-criteria decision evaluation models, financial modeling and real-estate investment analysis.
Before joining Newmark, Gowda served as Manager of Industrial Engineering at Bosch, India, where she led multiple cross-functional projects, driving the implementation of lean principles to optimize manufacturing operations and
streamline business processes.
Gowda is a subject matter expert for Lean, Quality Management System and Value Engineering concepts.

Gowda holds a master’s degree in technology with project management specialization from Illinois State University and a master’s degree in manufacturing management from Birla Institute of Technology, India.
