Austin Koch serves as a Property Manager in Newmark’s Pittsburgh office, where he works on the brokerage team led by Executive Managing Director, Gerard McLaughlin, and Managing Director, David Koch. Koch focuses on tenant and landlord representation assignments, business development, and cultivating new and existing relationships.
Koch joined Newmark in 2022 from Bozzuto Property Management where he had been a member of the leasing team. Prior to his career in brokerage, Koch developed his sales and rhetoric skills while living in Washington DC and working at Yelp.
Koch’s background in inside and outside sales, as well as having grown up in Pittsburgh, make him well suited to add value to his clients through a vast understanding of the area and its current market conditions.

Education
Koch earned a bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University in Pennsylvania, where he studied communications and sociology and helped create the men’s club lacrosse team.
