Andrew Robben joined the Newport Beach office of Newmark in 2013. Mr. Robben is a highly accomplished licensed California real estate broker with experience in all facets of commercial real estate. He specializes in office leasing and sales in Orange County, representing many regional and national firms. He brings to each transaction a unique approach of coupling analytical and creative skills that maximizes the value of his clients’ real estate. Mr. Robben has successfully completed real estate transactions in all areas of practice and has worked with all different types of ownerships and occupiers. As a trusted commercial real estate advisor and Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), Mr. Robben acts as the outsourced director of real estate for each of his clients. In 2010, he was nominated and selected to participate in the prestigious Young Professional Group of NAIOP through the Southern California Chapter, where he remains an active member and served as board member.
Prior to Newmark, Mr. Robben was hired out of USC by the Alison Company, where he grew from an analyst into a loan officer underwriting income producing properties. He was then recruited to Lee & Associates, where he developed his tenure as a well-respected commercial real estate broker and earned numerous sales awards and accolades.

Education
Mr. Robben holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California with an emphasis in real estate finance and a minor emphasis in information systems. Mr. Robben has also completed numerous courses that relate to lease negotiation and ARGUS modeling and is a CCIM designee.
