Whitney is a Partner in Newmark UK’s London Offices team, specialising in lease consultancy and bringing over a decade of property experience advising high-profile clients. She advises landlords and tenants on rent review disputes, lease renewals, and lease restructures and has a strong track record of partnering with clients to deliver strategic asset management initiatives that enhance investment value.
In her dispute resolution work, Whitney serves on the RICS President’s Panel as an Independent Expert. She also undertakes expert witness roles, advising clients on how to navigate the costs, risks, and uncertainties associated with the dispute resolution process.
