Tom is an Associate in our Glasgow office with a particular focus on Business Rates for the Leisure, Hospitality and Utilities sectors, as well as the Retail, Office, Industrial and Public Buildings sectors. He provides a wide range of
owners, operators and trade bodies with expert advice on rating.
Tom has a wealth of experience in business rates, having previously worked with Lanarkshire and Central Scotland Valuation Joint Boards and has been a representative for both offices at the Scottish Assessors Association on a number of working groups.
Tom’s focus is on providing rating advice to a wide range of clients in the Licensed and Leisure sectors, as well as Retail, Industrial and Offices sectors. He has previously worked in the Scottish Assessors Association specialising in business rates.
