I am part of the Business Rates team at Newmark where I specialise in rating and local property tax valuations. My expertise spans a variety of property types, with a particular focus on London offices, including serviced office providers and media companies.
Based in London at our West End office, I collaborate closely with our Rate Management and Payment team who oversee approximately £1 billion annually in rate payments on behalf of our clients.
Throughout my career, I have conducted research and negotiations with the Valuation Office Agency on all rating lists from 1973 onwards. I have also presented cases to the Valuation Tribunal on several occasions.
