Sophia is an Associate in the Planning and Development team at Newmark, specialising in development consultancy. She specialises in delivering advisory and consultancy services for complex development and regeneration projects, supporting major development opportunities through the planning and promotion process both in London and across the UK.
A core area of her expertise is providing advisory services in relation to feasibility and viability of New Towns, advising landowners and councils from early-stage masterplan feasibility through to late stage viability reviews and option valuations. She also has experience providing advice in relation to governance and delivery structures on these complex sites.
Sophia also provides viability advisory advice to clients regarding loss of office requirements; she provide both private and public sector clients across the City of London borough.
