Skye is an Associate within our lease consultancy department based in the Birmingham Office. She advises clients in the manufacturing, distribution, trade counter, car dealerships, car supermarkets, tyre and exhausts and petrol filling stations, focusing on lease consultancy issues, predominantly being rent reviews, renewals and lease restricting/ regears across mainly the Midlands. She is also a registered valuer undertaking valuations for a number of purposes including loan security, internal and for account purposes.
For the first 6 years of her career, Skye has mainly focused on rent reviews, renewals and valuations of car dealership, car supermarket, petrol filling stations and tyre and exhaust centres. For the past two years, her focus has now included industrial logistics, manufacturing and trade counter facilities ranging from 3,000 sq ft – 150,000 sq ft and larger.
Skye undertakes rent reviews and lease renewals, including reporting my opinion of ERV, undertaking the negotiations and if required preparation and submission of expert reports for third party referrals to Arbitrators, Independent Experts and for lease renewals for Court proceedings. In addition, she advises and prepare valuation reports for a number of clients including banks for loan security and occupiers for internal purposes.
