Robert is a Senior Associate within Newmark’s Corporate Property Management team, where he serves as a client-facing lead responsible for optimising and de-risking property payments alongside his client finance colleagues. He oversees the secure storage and comprehensive reporting of property data, ensuring our clients have complete visibility and confidence in their portfolio data. Additionally, Robert manages a team of estate surveyors who provide day-to-day estate management services across our clients’ property portfolios, delivering exceptional service and operational efficiency.
Robert first started practising in the real estate sector in 2006 and brings a rounded perspective shaped by roles within both boutique private practices and leading international property consultancies. His expertise spans the investor and occupier markets, enabling him to offer strategic, holistic advice tailored to each client’s unique needs.
In past roles, Robert has acted for sovereign wealth funds, global investment funds, high-net-worth individuals, livery companies, and local authorities. Since joining Newmark in 2015, drawing on his extensive background managing investor relationships, Robert has deployed his expertise to support occupier clients in the retail, leisure, and hospitality sectors.
Since 2024, Robert has taken on the client lead role for the TG Jones (formerly WHS) contract, as well as the WHS Travel portfolio under management. He is also the client lead on the Deliveroo contract mandated both in the UK and overseas. Aside from his client-facing responsibilities, Robert has recently completed an apprenticeship in leadership and management, and he sits within the firm’s AI task force.

- Directed the onboarding of an international portfolio on behalf of Deliveroo.
- Managed multiple bulk client applications for TG Jones, including fascia changes and operational space adaptations.
- Supported in onboarding part of a large franchise acquisition by Burger King ensuring seamless integration into their UK estate.
- Oversaw a bulk lease exit programme for a major client, involving coordination with property lawyers, building consultants, and key operational personnel.
