Robert has extensive experience in valuing hotels across UK, Europe and further afield. He also provides advice on lease advisory matters including rent reviews, an area where he is also on the President of the RICS Panel of Arbitrators.
He has over 35 years of experience on which to draw in order to help provide considered and reliable advice.
Robert has been called upon by the RICS to provide web classes for CPD on How to Value Hotels and is regarded as one of the leading experts in the field.
