He specialises in valuation, strategic estates advice and transactions for education, healthcare and other institutional properties, both as operational entities and with vacant possession. He has expertise in advising on operational real estate and identifying opportunities, as well as having an extensive charity client base, principally religious, education and healthcare charities.
