He leads Newmark UK’s Capital Markets focus on the Operational Real Estate sector. This includes hotels, student accommodation, education, healthcare and leisure industries. Richard has a strong track record in long income transactions, regularly providing advice on sale and leasebacks, ground leases, and income strips.
