Richard is a Partner working within our Industrial Advisory team based in London and specialises in advising clients in the manufacturing, logistics, fuels (including oil refineries, pipelines), energy, and aviation sectors on all business rates related matters.
He focuses on providing strategic business rates advice together with minimising liabilities. He has gained extensive experience in the broad industrial sector, with particular emphasis on the more specialist property classes, and he is an expert in the contractor’s basis method of valuation. Richard previously worked client side for Cemex in the minerals and waste sector with full responsibility for actively minimising their UK business rates liabilities.
