Peter is a Chartered Town Planner and Partner within the Newmark Planning and Development team. He has extensive experience in strategic and local planning issues, carrying out site appraisals and planning application submissions for a variety of private and public sector clients.
Peters’ experience has varied in scale, from masterplans and tower schemes to house extensions for private individuals. His focus is on Central London, particularly in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Peter has also dealt with numerous schemes with complex heritage issues.

- 2 Trafalgar Way – Advised Urbanest in bringing forward proposals for a world class, highly sustainable development within three landmark buildings of 46, 36 and 28 storeys providing almost 1,700 student bedrooms and 80 residential units on a vacant site to the north of Canary Wharf.
- 50 Fenchurch Street – Advised the Clothworkers and AXA IM Alts in securing planning permission and listed building consent for a new tower in the City, maximising the potential of the site, providing circa 88,000 sq m of new high-quality office floorspace alongside flexible retail uses, a significant area of public open space, upgrading of heritage assets and a new modern Livery Hall fit for future generations of Clothworkers.
