Recent projects
- Advice to Developers – On-going neighbourly matters advice relating to Ilona Rose House, a Soho Estates development. This scheme involves demolition of the existing buildings, basement excavations and the construction of a mixed-use scheme creating a 300,000 sq ft to include offices, restaurants and bars, retail and public space requiring the agreement of several awards and negotiating licences to permit scaffold and crane oversails.
 - Advice to Neighbours – This forms another part of Pedro’s work advising neighbours affected by development works. Newmark regularly advise neighbours affected by building works or development and thoroughly review the details of any proposed works to ensure they are suitable and will not cause unnecessary inconvenience to its clients. Pedro’s understanding of case law and first-class knowledge of construction, in equal measure, enable him to ensure that any of his clients affected by construction works have the most comprehensive safeguards and that complicated details are explained in a clear and practical way. Clients include WHSmith, Costa, Waitrose and private individuals.
