Michelle is an Associate in our Corporate Property Management team, based in Milton Keynes. She undertakes estates management for BKUK Limited and TG Jones (formerly WH Smith).
Michelle works closely with her clients’ in-house property teams providing day-to-day property management, database management, service charge analysis, Landlord & Tenant applications, and sub-tenant management.
She joined the firm in 2012, after working as Property Assistant at Dixons Retail and attained AssocRICS in 2014.
She has since catered to a diverse clientele, including prominent names such as Azzurri, Burger King, Byron, Marks and Spencer, Pizza Express, W H Smith, and Whitbread.
