Michael Lehrman oversees all business lines in the UK for Newmark.
Lehrman joined Cantor Fitzgerald in 2009 as Global Head of Real Estate and in 2010 as CEO of BGC Real Estate, a Cantor affiliate that acquired Newmark.
Prior to Cantor, Lehrman was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse and Co-Head of the Credit Suisse Real Estate Direct Group where he and his team were responsible for more than $200 billion in real estate loan origination.

Education
Lehrman is a graduate of Columbia Business School, where he received an MBA in both Real Estate and Finance; New York University graduate school; and Carnegie Mellon University, where he received Bachelor of Science degrees in both Industrial Management and Managerial Economics.
