Megan joined Newmark in 2025 and is part of the Occupier Solutions team in London. She has extensive experience in real estate strategy, transactions, and asset management, delivering results in the private and public sector.
Before joining Newmark, Megan was the strategic and transactional lead at University College London (UCL), one of the world’s top-ranked universities, with a varied and complex estate (c.7m sq ft and over 250 buildings). She was involved with a wide range of workstreams, including strategy, acquisitions, disposals, lease management, development, and urban planning.
Megan also previously worked at Sainsbury’s, one of the UK’s leading grocery retailers, specialising in real estate acquisitions, disposals, and asset management.
