Mark is a Partner in the Industrial and Logistics Agency team, based in the London office. His main focus is working with occupiers, but he also advises funds and developers on the acquisition, disposal, and development of industrial and logistics accommodation throughout the South of England.
Mark has worked in the industrial and logistics sector as well as provided advice in a variety of market sectors which has allowed him to work with property experts across Europe and the USA.

Recent Projects
- Sizewell C – Acting on behalf of this nuclear power station development project, Mark has secured over 1.0m sq. ft of warehouse accommodation in the UK, working on another 250,000 sq. ft of port related warehousing and will acquire some 65 acre of further port based and inland open storage accommodation. He is also acquiring a 78,000 sq. ft building and 6.5 acres of parking for a hydrogen bus depot and storage facility.
- Barking Power / ATCO Power Generation – he advised the joint venture owners of this 1500 MW gas fired power station located on a 42-acre site in Dagenham east London in the sale to ATCO the Canadian power station operator. Subsequently, Mark was instructed by ATCO to sell the site for them to The City of London Corporation, who planned to relocate the London markets to the site.
- Stellantis – Mark is working with them to manage their current dealership portfolio disposing of exiting sites, relocating operations to new facilities as well as advising on a new vehicle parts network under the Distrigo brand.
- Wolseley UK Ltd – Mark has acquired a wide number of new warehouses, trade counter facilities and open storage sites for the business and are now working with them on a disposal project for surplus accommodation.
