Lucy is an Associate in the firm’s Operational Real Estate Team (OPRE). She specialises in advising on valuation, strategic estates advice and transactions for education, healthcare and other institutional properties, both as operational entities and with vacant possession. She has expertise in advising on operational real estate and identifying opportunities, as well as having specific focus on the healthcare sector.
Lucy joined Newmark in October 2025, having previously spent five years with Primary Health Properties, where she gained extensive experience in primary care investment, development and asset management.
