Lloyd works in Newmark’s UK Offices division and is a member of the Capital Markets team. With a wealth of experience in the area, he specialises in the London office market, providing advice and consultancy to a number of private and institutional clients in both an investment and leasing capacity. With around £3 billion transacted in the London market, Lloyd has advised on a variety of transactions in the Capital and has experience of over 1m sq ft of office, hotel and PRS development trades outside of London.
His previous leasing experience extended to over 1m sq ft of acquisitions and disposals in the West End. Lloyd continues to advise a number of London’s Landed Estates and charities including the Institute of Cancer Research, Prostate Cancer, Girlguiding UK, Kings College London, and the Royal Institution of Great Britain.

- Euston House, Eversholt Street, NW1 – advised on the sale of a £95m multi-let office building next to Euston station, acting on behalf of Stenprop.
- Holborn Island, EC1 – advised a Singaporean client on the acquisition of a 345,000sqft, 2.6-acre mixed use investment for £230m including 89 tenants.
- Acorn House, Grays Inn Road, WC1 – managed a sale and lease back disposal of HQ offices for £16.1m on behalf of the Terrence Higgins Trust.
